Natascha has experience with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) issues and management of legal strategies aligned with business goals. Previously, she worked for General Electric (GE) as the EHS Executive Counsel for Latin America. During her tenure, she advised on transactions, M&As, decommissioning and remediation projects, regulator communication, and compliance issues related to all operations of the GE businesses (energy, power, transportation, health, aviation, oil & gas). Natascha worked in Germany on several projects related to climate policy and the integration of renewable energy into the European market with funding from the European Commission (DG Clima), the German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ) and the German Solar Industry Association (BSW).
